Kathryn has more than 20 years of experience helping private, non-profit and public organizations to achieve their goals. She has worked in the financial, professional association, government, real estate, insurance and technology sectors. Every experience has given her knowledge, insights and pearls of wisdom that she carries forward to every project she undertakes.

• Economic Development, including supporting business growth through export expansion, talent and investment attraction, as well as destination marketing. While managing a recent foreign direct investment project, Kathryn delivered business consultation services and coordinated export development training for more than 300 local and international entrepreneurs. She has also coordinated more than 150 professional development and business networking events.
   

• Labour Force Development, promoting and delivering employment essential skills, self-employment and leadership training for the non-profit sector, and as a sub-contractor and employee of Human Resources Development Canada (now Service Canada).
   

• Financial Literacy, working with educational, financial, insurance and government institutions, social service organizations, employers and legal service firms to increase financial literacy, with emphasis on providing financial coaching to students, low and mid-income individuals and families.
   

• Non-Profit Entrepreneurship, supporting non-profit organizations to build their unique value propositions to diversify services and revenue toward long-term sustainability.
   

• Business Start-Up, communications, marketing and operational infrastructure development for technology companies to help prepare for investment and future growth.
