During this 45 minute session we will discuss what you would like to focus on during coaching, your expectations and what you hope to accomplish by working with me. Journey of Self-Discovery: Your Inner Spark Sessions 

The first step to achieving your goals is to identify your individual and team strengths.
We will start by completing Lumina Spark Portraits for each of you. These comprehensive portraits will reveal both your individual strengths, as well as how your unique personalities complement
one-another. During our 3 Live Discovery Sessions (2 - 2 hour individual sessions and a
2 hour couples session) we will discuss:

• Your individual strengths and how to maximize them as a couple

• How understanding your unique personality traits can improve communication and relationships

• Unlocking hidden talents to help guide your approach to building your home and family

• What to do when you feel overstretched and things aren't working

• Learn how to recognize the signs of over-extension in your partner

• How you can support each other to find increased composure, harmony and balance

Mapping the Journey from Dreams to Reality

Strategic Planning for Life & Future

Upon completion of your Lumina Spark Portraits and Self-Discovery Sessions, we will start mapping
your strategic plan. Over the course of 2 months we will schedule a 2 hour initial planning session, followed by 45 minute bi-weekly sessions, regular email communications and exercises using the G.R.O.W.S. approach:
 

• Set GOALS that are Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic, Time Based (SMART)

• Look at the facts of your current REALITY or situation

• Strategize on what OPTIONS you can take.

• Create an action plan  that articulates of what both of you WILL do to achieve your goals  

• Identify your SUPPORTS along the way

Execution of your plan is the most important part on the journey from dreams to reality.
This is where the hard work really begins! It takes strength, determination and discipline to achieve your goals. Every plan needs refinement when it is put into practice. You may run into unexpected obstacles  that you need to overcome, reassess your supports or realign your timelines.
 

During our 6-45 minute biweekly conversations and regular email communications, I’ll be there  supporting you to stay on track, talk through challenges, find solutions and celebrate successes.
