Think you have an inclusive culture? Your team might feel otherwise.

According to a study by Accenture, more than two thirds of leaders (68 percent) believe they create empowering and inclusive environments where team members can be themselves, raise concerns and innovate without fear. However, only one third (36 percent) of employees agree.

Deloitte reports that inclusive workplaces are 6 times as likely to be innovative, and have 2.3 times the cash flow per employee over non-inclusive workplaces in a 3-year period.
